Tom graduated from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering with emphasis on controlling the properties of indoor environments. Tom's professional experience includes commercial HVAC systems, chilled water, steam, plumbing and fire protection systems, site investigations, analysis and design, construction administration, and project management.
